Pulse Digitizing Service That Delivers Fully Editable Native Files
You paid for a digitized logo, then needed it larger for a jacket back, and the shop charged you for a brand new file. Or you run Tajima Pulse yourself, but the files you buy arrive as flat DST stitches you cannot edit. Every small change means paying twice. We hear this from shop owners every week.
There is a better way to buy digitizing. Our pulse digitizing service builds your design natively inside Tajima Pulse and delivers the PXF working file plus every machine format you need. Every shape stays a live object you can resize and recolor without redigitizing. For 13 years we have given shops files they truly own.
Every order includes a free mockup, a flat fixed quote before we start, and revisions until the file sews the way you pictured it. Send your artwork today and get a file you can edit forever.
What Pulse Digitizing Is
Pulse digitizing is the process of creating an embroidery design inside Tajima Pulse, the professional digitizing software used by commercial embroidery shops, so the design is saved as a native PXF working file with every shape fully editable.
In Pulse, your logo is not a pile of stitches. It is a set of smart objects: a satin column here, a fill shape there, each holding its own density and underlay. Change the size and Pulse recalculates the stitches. Change a color and every object updates. That control is the whole point of tajima pulse digitizing.
A DST file only stores the final stitch coordinates your machine sews, so it cannot be cleanly resized or edited. With a PXF file, you or any digitizer with pulse embroidery software can open the design and adjust it in minutes.
Pulse Digitizing Options We Handle
Not every design sews the same way. A left chest logo needs different settings than a full back design, and a cap needs different settings than a flat jacket. Our digitizing services build every job below natively in Pulse.
Logo Digitizing
Company logos built as clean Pulse objects, ready to resize from left chest to full back with no second digitizing bill. Best for brands and uniform programs.
Cap Digitizing
Designs tuned for the curve and center seam of a cap, with density set for structured fronts. Best for hat shops and teams.
Three Dimensional Puff
Raised foam lettering planned in Pulse with full edge coverage, so no foam peeks through. Best for caps and beanies.
Applique Digitizing
Fabric pieces placed with clean tack down stitches, all editable as objects for fast size changes. Best for large designs and youth apparel.
Patch Digitizing
Emblem files with the edge path your patch maker needs, built in Pulse for fast size changes. Best for morale patches and club emblems.
Small Text and Monogram
Names, dates, and taglines digitized stitch by stitch, with lettering objects you can retype instead of redraw. Best for personalization and corporate gifts.
Every custom pulse digitizing project starts with your artwork and ends with a working file matched to your fabric, your machine, and your design size.

What Affects Your Pulse Digitizing Service Price
Digitizing is priced by the work involved, not by the size of your order. Five things move the number.
Design size and stitch count. More stitches mean more digitizing time. A four inch logo takes more work than a two inch one.
Detail and small text. Fine detail takes careful manual work, and the quote reflects that.
Fabric type. Stretchy knits, structured caps, and delicate silks each need different settings, and tricky fabrics take more planning.
Number of designs. Each unique design is its own file. Repeats of the same file cost you nothing extra.
Turnaround needs. Standard timing keeps the price down. If you ever need a true rush, ask and we will quote it honestly.
Simple, Flat Quotes
Files arrive digitally, there is no shipping cost and no courier to wait on.

Pulse Digitizing FAQs
A PXF file is the native working file format of Tajima Pulse embroidery software. It stores your design as editable objects, each holding its stitch type, density, underlay, and color information. Open it in Pulse to resize, recolor, or restitch any part.
A DST file stores only the final stitch coordinates your machine sews, so it cannot be cleanly resized or edited. A PXF file stores the design as live objects with full stitch properties. Think of DST as a printed photo and PXF as the layered original.
No. Every order includes all the machine ready formats your machine needs, such as DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, XXX, and HUS, so you can sew immediately with no special software. The PXF working file is a bonus for future edits.
The best starting point is a vector file such as AI, EPS, or PDF, or a clean high resolution image. That said, we work from JPGs, PNGs, and clear phone photos of sketches every day. If your artwork needs cleanup before it can be digitized, we will tell you before we quote.
Most designs are digitized within 3 to 6 hour of artwork approval. Your free mockup usually arrives first, so you can approve the look early. If you have a firm deadline, tell us up front and we will give you an honest answer about whether we can meet it.
Every job is quoted flat based on size, stitch count, and complexity, so you know the exact price before we begin. Most single designs fall in a modest fixed range, and our minimum order of $15 keeps small jobs simple. There are no surprise fees after you approve.
Then we fix it. Every order includes revisions, and your free mockup lets you catch issues before production. Tell us your machine brand and fabric when you order so the file is built for your setup from the start. If a sew out ever misbehaves, send a photo and we will adjust the file precisely.
